This page contains a complete listing of all the cards in the Power Balance expansion. There is a little thumbnail of each card in the checklist, for your browsing pleasure. On the right side, any information about the Power Grid/Inherent Ability of a character, or effect of a particular card is listed.

Specific details about the way the cards were designed can be found in The Cards section. Details on the rules on how to use some of the updated cards (i.e. DoubleShot cards and MultiPower/Any-Power Teamwork cards) can be found in The Rules section.

The Power Balance expansion includes 48 playable cards:

14 Tactic: DoubleShot cards
1 Tactic: Artifact card
1 MultiPower Power card (level 5)
3 Any-Power Power cards (levels 5, 6 and 8)
4 MultiPower Universe: Teamwork cards

Also, just to give everything a much more genuine feel, famous GDMJR checklist has also been updated with the information from the Power Balance expansion and free to download here. The creator of Power Balance takes no credit for the work put into creating the original GDMJR checklist.

Remove 1 Hit of 8 or less from the Permanent Record or Hits From Current Battle of Abomination. May affect Venture Total. (Code: KR)
16Special BLINK - BIO JAVELINS
Acts as a level 2 Fighting attack. May make up to 2 additional attacks. (Code: DG)
17Special EXPEDITER - NOAH DUBOIS
Opponent must discard any 1 Special card currently held in his hand, opponent's choice. (Code: EC)
18Special KLAW - PURE SOUND
Target character may not play Specials for remainder of battle. (Code: GA)
19Special LIZARD - TAIL WHIP
Acts as a level 6 Fighting Power card. May be used to attack or defend. May not be combined with Universe cards. (Code: CC)
20Special MEPHISTO - DIMENSIONAL ENTRAPMENT
Target Hero must discard all Placed cards and move into Reserve for remainder of battle. (Code: IA)
21Special SAURON - POWER ABSORPTION
Remove 1 Hit from Sauron's Hits to Current Battle. Sauron may make 1 attack with any card, usable by Sauron and in Hand, of equal of less Value than removed Hit. (Code: NZ)
22Special SHATTERSTAR - MOJOWORLD WARRIOR
Play with any Power card attack. Shatterstar may make as many additional Fighting or Strength Power card attacks as possible. Opponent may defend. (Code: BV)
23Special SILVER SAMURAI - TACHYON FIELD
Acts as a level 3 Energy attack. May make 1 additional Power card attack. Neither attack may be defended with a Special card. (Code: JW)
24Special WARLOCK - ASSIMILATION
This Special acts identical to any Hit in Warlock's Hits from the Current Battle or Permanent Record. (Code: DY)
25Tactic: DoubleShot 6 Energy or more / Teammate 6 Strength or more
Must combine with level 1 to 5 Power Card for either single attack/defense or separate attacks/defenses.
26Tactic: DoubleShot 6 Energy or more / Teammate 6 Fighting or more
